Contests: Best Individual Costume, Best Group Costume and Most Creative Costume! 

Language Classes: 9:15AM - 10:25AM

Fall / Halloween Event: 10:30AM - 11:30AM

Culture Classes: 11:45AM

Parents/TA’s are welcome to volunteer during the event (sign up link below).  Parents this will also count towards your PA Duty. 

Please order lunch and snack options ONLINE early to ensure you’ll get your favorite items and to allow the vendors extra time to prepare your orders!

Please fill out this form by Friday at 11 am.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is submitted.

You may order in person at the PA desk on Saturday until 10:15 am.

Your order should be ready for pickup around 12:15 pm at the PA desk.

Order by 10/22/24, delivery will be on 10/26/24.

Delivery will be 11am-12pm, in the cafeteria by main entrance.

The PA Team is so excited to welcome you all back. We look forward to meeting you and your family. We have a fun year ahead for our kids. Please remember, we cannot do it without a key ingredient - YOUR TIME!  Daily tasks include patrolling in school to make sure doors are locked, and assisting in donations, sales, lunch distribution when our vendors come, and support to other departments.

Reminder: Each family who volunteers a total of 12 hours for the school year is eligible for the PA Duty $80 refund in June 2025 (end of the year).
