ANJCS & TECO – 2020/8/22-8/23 FASCA Training Camp NEW member application (2020 海外青年文化志工培訓班新生申請規則及申請電子連結)
2020 FASCA Princeton Training Camp application link and application rules for NEW member are ready. Attached please find the application rules and preliminary class schedule. Below is the link for the on-line registration of new members:

The training camp dates are August 22 and 23 (8/22 – 8/23 Saturday and Sunday) at Days Hotel on Rt. 18, East Brunswick. Class time is from 9am – 9pm. After successfully complete two days training, each NEW member will receive a 24-hour training certificate from TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office).
Please read the rules and enter the link to apply. The application is linked to the e-mail, so one e-mail per each applicant. If family has two or more applicants, it will require two or more different e-mail addresses to apply. Parents will follow the steps in the link to fill in the information and upload the student photo, insurance ID, school report card and/or supporting certificates. The student photo is limited to the size of 120 x 150 pixels (please reduce the photo size first then upload).
After receive the electronic application, FASCA will review and respond if ones are accepted, and then FASCA will provide the instruction for the next step to mail forms and $120 check to TECO office.
各位校長及代表 您好，
隨附請見今年 FASCA NJ 培訓營的新學員申請規則及申請表電子連結。今年培訓營日期是8月22－23日地點在 Days Hotel, East Brunswick。在完成兩天培訓後，每位新生將獲得由台北經濟文化辦事處發的24小時培訓證明。
培訓營採用電子申請，學生家長進入連結在網上跟著步驟填完填表後，請上傳學生照片、保險卡、高中成績單、獎狀等照片後發出去，FASCA 就會收到申請。每一個學生申請要用一個email 地址，如果一家庭有兩個或以上的孩子同時申請，需要用兩個或以上個不同的 e-mail 地址。上傳學生的照片要先縮小到 120 x 150 pixels再上傳。等待審核通過後 FASCA會發 email 通知及下一步驟，把文件及支票郵寄給文教中心的鮑璐玲小姐。

ANJCS & TECO – 紐約華僑文教服務中心醫療口罩申請公告
Regarding application for free mask from Taiwan. You can apply directly online, but please read carefully the 2 conditions below:
(1)中華民國護照或身分證影本。
(2)「旅外在臺無二親等親屬國人、僑胞及留學生醫療口罩需求書」(詳附件)，請注意:需親筆簽明，勿用打字。
COVID-19(武漢肺炎)蔓延全球，雖然政府自109年4月9日起開放民眾寄送醫療級口罩給海外配偶或二親等以內親屬，但在歐美疫情嚴峻地區，部份僑民反映在國內已無二等親可幫忙寄送口罩，為照顧僑民急難需求，行政院於4月30日再度召開口罩會議，經蘇貞昌院長裁示決定提供50萬片醫療級口罩供僑委會運用，並將無償發送僑民急難使用，希望海外僑胞都能平安健康????
本中心共計分配到成人醫療口罩18,360片及兒童醫療口罩1,650片，僑委會將在近期以空運方式郵寄至本中心，供旅外國人暨僑民申請（5.12更新）。
一、申請對象
旅居美國紐約州、新澤西州、賓州及康州在臺無二等親可幫忙寄送口罩之國人、僑胞及留學生。
二、申請數量
以每人每2個月提供15片醫療口罩為原則，並以第一次申請者為優先。
三、申請方式(????請注意：以下各步驟均須完成才能拿到口罩????)
1.為求郵寄地址及聯繫電話等相關資料無誤，請詳實填寫Google表單。

2.完成Google表單後，請備齊下列文件email至luling0704@gmail.com：

四、提醒事項
1.本中心經審核Google表單資料及所送文件無誤後，將依序寄發醫療口罩。
2.醫療口罩由臺灣空運送達後尚須分裝作業，請耐心等候。
3.中華民國護照或身分證等身分證明文件過期仍具申請資格。
4.每2個月提供醫療口罩，將以本中心口罩寄出日重新起算。

Ticket refund for CNY luncheon
As a reminder, as a result of the cancelation of our annual Chinese New Year celebration and luncheon all tickets sold at regular or discounted price can be fully refunded. We kindly ask you to take a picture of your original ticket(s) and email it to the PA department at MFCSPADir@gmail.com. The Treasury department will issue refunds once New Jersey state COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted and it is safe for our staff to mail refund checks.
